HiI was just gathering further information for my next GP interaction when I came across the Thyroid Trust,April 5,2019"The Management of Hypothyroidism" ,Dr Toft video on YouTube.
Having heard him often quoted on the site I watched it and found him very engaging and informative.
I am sure most regular group members will be aware of it but thought other Newbies might find it interesting.

Thank you SeasideSusie. I couldn't find it before you put up this link. I wish there was a transcript as I can't hear the speaking very clearly 
but enough to understand Dr Toft explaining how we got where we are with the testing, which I gather he feels is a historical mistake. I shall listen some more when my ears feel rested from the strain
There are subtitles with the video. I think they are auto generated and although mostly OK there are a few strange "mistakes"!
