Time between supplements

can someone please remind me of the time between supplements and thyroid meds. I know I’ve asked before but I can never work out how to find my previous posts. Many thanks.

Most supplements should be taken 2 hours away from thyroid meds. Some need 4 hours - iron, calcium, Vit D, and some meds need 4 hours - PPIs, HRT, oestrogen.

I forgot that magnesium should be 4 hours away from thyroid meds (another post reminded me!).

As a general rule, I take thyroid medication early in the morning. Then start taking supplements around lunchtime, which is well beyond that 2-4 hour window. Especially iron and calcium.

Armour thyroid. 90mg daily

No, I take iron by itself. Some things I do take together, like D3 with K2 and B12 Complex. I’m also on an Adrenal Support. So, what can be taken together I do and for other stuff, I may wait an hour or two.
