Experience with Endo Franklin Joseph?

My GP said she would refer me to an NHS Endo, but it would probably be many months before I hear from them, so I'm looking privately. I have seen good reviews for Professor Franklin Joseph in the Liverpool/Wirral area (a couple of hours' drive for me) and wondered if anyone has seen him and their thoughts.
