Relapse!

I was starting to feel really good with my new increase to 100 levo (see previous post) but after a break with family. Eating nice food, drinking good wine for 2 days I am feeling awful.Upset stomach, headache, throbbing neck glands and limbs are heavy and weak and have zero energy. Have been like this for a couple of days now.

Any ideas? And what can I do to help me feel better?

Many thanks for your replies.

Rest. Eat good healthy fresh food, avoid alcohol and anything that will use energy.

Alcohol really upset my hormone balance these days. I do like a nice glass of something, but my weight shoots up and I feel 💩 for days…
