Good afternoon has anyone else recently logged onto their NHS app? I had to re register but now all my test results have disappeared! It’s where I used to see my T4 TSH results etc….

I just checked mine and my results are there under 'View your GP health record'. If you had to re register you might just need to ask for permission again.

Contact your GP surgery and see if you need to get permission again.

yes, I used to be able to login with my finger print now I have to put my email address in.

Could be you have two logins? I use a private gmail for the GP but was loggin covid results with a work email. If I log in with the work email I have no records… 🌱

I have a similar problem having just changed GPs. There's a different section to click on to see test results (different as in different from where you see GPs notes and comments) but when I click on it the system informs me that I do not have access. Apparently to have access to the test results area it has to be requested from the surgery (which I have done but think I might have to put the request in writing). If this is the same as you are experiencing perhaps you also have to request access to the test results section specifically?

Here in Wales, the only thing you can do is reorder prescriptions. No test results, nothing. The powers that be paid for the wrong software and will not look at changing it. Oh joy!

The new NHS Wales App, which I've read is based on the NHS England App, is now available.

apphelp.nhs.wales/

However, they say that only a few surgeries are set up to connect to it.

Anyone heard of progress for Scotand and Northern Ireland?

England is fine isn't it? I use mine in southern England.

Did you mean Scotland? 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Yes - I did mean Scotland - and have corrected it! :-)

Thanks
