Re started on levothyroxine today

Hi , today I ve restarted levothyroxine after a 7 week break

Started back on 50mg eltroxin. Re test after 6 weeks.

Some side affects I've noticed through out the day are:

Within 10 mins of taking my eyes felt so wide ,like I'd taken loads of caffeine.

Dry mouth

Tight , aching jaw

And stomach bloat.

This is just day 1.

Also I ve picked up my vit d k2 spray.... any advice on when I should introduce this?

It might be better to introduce the vitamins first which might make Levo more tolerable for you.

Your B12 was low when you first joined. Are you now supplementing that?

Did you get your folate tested?

So can I take vitamin d now and also take levothyroxine.

Not taking b12 yet , I was going to start vit d for 2 weeks and then introduce b12.

Folate was 9.8 (4-50)

Its best to start one thing at a time for a few weeks and you just started Levo so give it a few weeks then introduce the D3 +K2.

After that the 1000 B12 lozenge or spray.

Many of your current symptoms are due to your low nutrient levels, so raising them to optimal will help you no end.
