can you take folate and iron tablets at the same time without anything interacting/causing absorption issues?

There is a product which contains both in one tablet:

FERROGRAD FOLIC tablets

Ferrous Sulfate and Folic Acid

mhraproducts4853.blob.core....

Having said that, folic acid products often warn against taking aluminium and/or magnesium at the same time.

Iron is said to affect absorption of other vitamins (and medication) so the advice is to always take iron 2 hours away from other supplements.
