Taking T3 and thyroxine on holiday

I was wondering if anyone has taken the above into Vietnam? I wasn’t sure if it might be a problem. I’ve tried checking with the consulate but couldn’t get anywhere.

Many thanks in advance.

As it's prescribed medication I would imagine if you take a copy of your prescription there shouldn't be a problem.

I've never been to Vietnam but my sister-in-law who is hypothyroid has and she didn't tell me of any problems.

I have taken mine to other countries and have never been questioned. Supplements, yes I was questioned about those in Australia but medication with a label on from the dispensing chemist has not been a problem.
