So what are the ingredients? Do add a photo of those :)

here you go, not so many baddies, i generally avoid emulsifiers like carboxymethylcellulose and polysorbate 80 etc. just the gums in this and glycerine.

I don’t usually eat this stuff on a regular basis just felt nice to have an icecream with some strawberries. 😊

Phot of free from icecream ingredients

Thanks. Think I'll stick with dairy ice cream with strawberries. Ideally, strawberries and masses of clotted cream, but that does push the dairy a bit too far! :D

ah that would make me quite unwell 🤒

It's years since I even tried clotted cream with strawberries. Strawberries are not good for those with histamine intolerance (that's me). 😔

yes I often avoid strawberries 🍓 , tend to make me ache a bit, I’d forgotten that, we had a few from the plot which was a nice treat, trying to be seasonal. Broad beans tomorrow 😊

Oh, go on! You only live once! I’ll take the clotted cream over ice cream any day! 😋

It's the strawberries that cause me problems. Otherwise I would! 😋

oo noooo there would be lactose and casein repercussions for me… it’s been quite a revelation after 47 years of cheese munching, butter slathering and milky cocoa guzzling, cream in saucing … my insides are slowly recovering 🌱

Hi, thanks for this. Great that it's Soya free too.

I make a lovely ice cream with no nasties, just double cream whipped, a tin of condensed milk and a bit of vanilla essence and it tastes like Mr Whippy! Obviously not good for anyone who can’t eat dairy but for people trying to avoid preservatives it’s great.

good idea we have a maker in the loft doing nothing. I need to see if I can make a dairy free custard and try it 🌱
