Please could anyone provide advice. I have adrenal fatigue, very low morning cortisol and hasshimotos thyroid. An eating disorder over exercising and barely eating caused it. I overcame the eating problem and got well only to go into have a really bad dental experience where an amalgam was removed badly and ingested and back to being ill again. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Zoe
That's a lot to deal with and so frustrating when you had overcome the eating disorder only to be set back again. I think my autoimmune problems were probably triggered by an abscess, bad teeth can be really destructive to our health..
What sort of advice are you after? And what steps have you taken so far? Have you been to the GP and if so what were your last blood tests like? Are you taking any meds for the thyroid problems and the cortisol levels?
I had adrenal fatigue last year and was recommended to drink an adrenal cocktail, which helped me, but my doctor tested for low cortisol and I was okay, so I guess you are in a much worse situation.

Sorry to see you had a bad experience at the dentist. You can request that they use a protective sheet that fits into the mouth and stops the worst of any old filling material being ingested. My dentist researched about Hashimoto's and thyroid disease after I spoke to him about it and came up with this solution for his patients, which he now adds to his list of conditions for new patients. I consider myself fortunate to have found such a caring dentist but all it took was to explain that I had a condition that doesn't take to well to ingesting metals and that I react to injections.
I use Now Brand Super Cortisol Support and it has made all the difference for me!
