New test results

Hi all, back again with new results. Doctors appointment not for another 2 weeks but does this mean Hashimotos?

Yes, it does suggest Hashimoto's. Doctors rarely call it that, they use "autoimmune thyroid disease". If you have had 2 x over range TSH results, with raised antibodies you should be given a diagnosis and prescription for Levo.

Have you also had vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 levels tested

If not, request testing at next blood test

Was thyroid test done early morning (gives highest TSH result)

Yes they were tested in the first round and Vitamin D was low so I’ve been taking that every day since.

This test was 9.50am, I couldn’t get this one any earlier due to other commitments but definitely will if I have to go for more which I’m assuming I will.

How much vitamin D are you currently taking

Retest 2-4 months after starting on vitamin D supplements

Please add folate, B12 and ferritin results and ranges
