I have had my thyroid problem since 1992 and when I was just taking my thyroxine , when to take it was not a problem. Now I have atrial fibrillation and have to take 1/2 tablet of Apocard with a blood thinner 12 hours apart with food. I also have to take a beta blocker with food but not with the Apocard. I also have to take a statin, not with other tablets and occasionally I have to have an omeprazol because of all the tablets I take, it’s a wonder I don’t rattle. When I am not taking the omeprazol I take my thyroxine on an empty stomach then take my Apocard 1 hour later with a biscuit as I don’t eat breakfast. On this site I have noticed people recommending not to take any other tablets after thyroxine for 2-4 hours. As you can imagine this is difficult with all my other tablets and wondered if that was what making me feel rough. Asked the doctor but he said I should carry on taking them as I am doing.

when to take tablets
4 months ago your TSH was 6.17 and I'm not surprised you have all these health problems.
I see that you live in Spain and I don't know how the health system works there but you urgently need a dose increase. Did you get that after your last test?
Most people feel well when their TSH is at or just below 1 so you have a way to go with dose increases to get there.
You also need blood tests for ferritin, folate, B12 & D3. Start a new post when you have thesee results.
Omeprazol will further reduce you absorption of Levo & vitamins. Recommend trying a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (must contain the ‘Mother’, see label) to a glass of water before your main meal. This helps acidify the stomach.
I had another blood test in February and my TSH was back within the parameters. I saw the specialists yesterday and she wants me to be tested more often as she is not happy it is going up and down. Was tested for ferriten etc and they were all fine. My glucose level in January was really high but then in February it was fine. Again this is another reason she is checking everything more often. Will try the Apple cider vinegar providing I can find it with Mother on it here in Spain. Thank you very much for your comments
I also take a lorry load of meds at varying times and I found that trying to work out what to take when was pretty much impossible so I just do my best and don’t worry about exact intervals, trial and error and what works for you is all you can do.
