35 weeks pregnant - thoughts on my bloods please?

35 weeks pregnant with an underactive thyroid, on 200mcg levohyroxine .

Any thoughts on my latest bloods please?

THS  0.07 “low” (0.27-4.20mIU/L)

T4 14  “normal” (11-22pmol/L)

Was the lab that did your test aware that you were in late pregnancy?

The reference ranges for a woman who is not pregnant, and the reference ranges for pregnant women in the first, second, and third trimesters are often different.

The reference ranges you've given look identical to those for women who are not pregnant, but I could be wrong.

Reference ranges also vary from lab to lab, so people can't just pick the reference ranges they like.
