Thyroid results

I would appreciate an opinion on these results .To cut a story I have had quite a lot of stress in the past year which has elevated my cortisol levels which are high in the range but not over. Apparently this affects thyroid hormones and mine are dropping , I am taking methyl folate as levels are low but feel really tired but have pains in stomach so trying ACV . Would I be right in thinking my levels are too low for me . My TSH is always suppressed . Would be grateful to hear what you think of them.
