How to take meds before blood test for T3 trial, advice please?

hello lovely helpful friends,

I started a T3 trial in February - sadly I don’t feel much better but maybe need more time, also perimenopause & SIBO aren’t helping! I’m seeing endo again soon to review. Booked in for 9am blood test. I normally take 100mcg levothyroxine and 10mcg liothyronine T3 at 7am and then 10mcg T3 around 4pm, can I do this the day before or do I need to take T3 a bit later? I’d like an accurate reading.

also worth noting I introduced the T3 low and slow as advised here thank you, so only up to full dose about a month ago.

Also noticed there’s some biotin in my multivitamin so I’ve stopped taking it a week before test.

many thanks in advance for your help! No doubt I’ll be seeking more advice when I get my results, just wish I was feeling better! I did feel great when away in warmer sunnier weather… the cold damp U.K. winters make me ache all over and feel so low!

Day before test take last dose T3 approx 8-12 hours before test

Last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Multivitamins never recommended on here

Test folate, B12, ferritin and Vitamin D

Looking at previous post

Ferritin too low

Vitamin D ok

Can’t see folate or B12 results

thanks so much SlowDragon, will it matter making my T3 so much later than normal? (9pm instead of 4pm)?

Also should I ask to have antibodies tested again? Been feeling very rough
