I am new to these threads..,I have long suspected I have some issues with my thyroid and I finally managed to get the doctor to refer me for a blood test. It’s been about a month of waiting for the results and it’s going to be another month before I can speak with the gp about the results (via a telephone app). However I have been able to access my results online. The only issue is-I don’t have a clue how to read the results lol. I have a friend with thyroid issues and she highly recommended these threads and said the people who use it are extremely knowledgeable. So I thought I would try you guys first!
I have attached my results!
Thank you in advance.

Thank you so much for your speedy response! It was done at 11am. No that’s all I had on the thyroid part of the blood test results. I will do my profile now.
We recommend getting tested at or as close to 9am as possible as this is when TSH is at its highest. Yours may have been a bit higher if your test was earlier.
Without the reference ranges for the tests its hard to know where yours sit as they vary from lab to lab. Your FT4 does look low by most ranges though.
You are legally entitled to a printed copy of your results, ask at GP reception. In England you can get the NHS app and ask for permission to see your blood results on that by asking at GP’s reception. Suggest you get this print out.
Have you ever had thyroid antibodies tested? If positive they might indicate an autoimmune thyroid problem.
Ideally its best to see 3 tests; TSH, FT4 & FT3, also your antibodies all together.
Private tests are available, see link for companies offering private blood tests & discount codes, some offer a blood draw service at an extra cost. thyroiduk.org/help-and-supp...
