Access issues?

LahdidaGunnerGraham profile image

I’m a longish standing member who suddenly found I can’t log in no matter which way I try. I have created a new account just to see if it was site issue but seemingly not. I have contacted support just now but wondered if this is somehow a site issue or not?

It's not something I have been made aware of so hopefully HU support will be able to help you.

Now that you on logged in via this new user name you can go to “more” near picture top right ) & select ? Help.

Then search “What should I do if I can’t login”

There may be some advice here you haven’t tried.

Hope this helps.

LahdidaGunnerGraham, If you message a forum admin with your previous user name, we can check to see if you're still listed as an active member.

I have now done this, my old id is not there. I went back into my email notifications which show replies to me, clicked on the thread, my replies are not visible, it’s most peculiar.

I have contacted the help centre and given them details, they haven’t got back yet, probably very baffled lol.

Are the replies under a user name of 'Hidden'? Or are they not there at all?

Ok so that proves you're still a member under that account. It's obviously a technical issue, which we have no control over. You need to contact tech support again and tell them what's happening support.healthunlocked.com/...

I have already this morning, just waiting to hear back from them. All very odd. Thanks for your help, at least I know I’m around somewhere lol

It's worth contacting again to point out that you now have proof your account still exists, despite the fact you can't log in and are not in this forum member list. it may help them locate the problem.
