doctor visit re blood results - update

Thankyou for all the help regarding my doctor requesting to see me re raised b 12 results greater than 2000. As you know I didn’t know what to expect but the conversation was me telling him that I was supplementing …. And he was fine with that …. Just said he was alarmed or was so high. I said I was following the nice guidelines b12d … thankyou for all your help in the group

looking through your previous posts couldn’t see any recent results for vitamin D, folate or ferritin

As you supplement B12 are you also taking good quality daily vitamin B complex

And are you supplementing vitamin D

I have put results in below and am on 800 vit d from doc but also take 2000 (total 2800) as I didn’t think the 800 was enough. Doc said it was. I have a b complex
