Worried about nodules on back of neck

hi everyone i have been doing some research and i have these nodules that pop up in back of my neck and hurt at times, when i was adding t3 to my t4 as a test i remember that t3 was tanking my t4 levels as i started having joint pain and these nodules came back bigger than ever and went down when i went back to t4 only, is this a serious concern and why am i getting these thanks, i have uploaded pic which look similar to mine,.

no will ask for appointment, can these be serious ?

Probably not, but best to get checked out anyway just in case. nhs.uk/conditions/skin-cyst/
