I have been on a combination of T3 and T4 for many years. In the past I have found that I feel undertreated on Teva brand T3. I am very lucky that the pharmacy I use will try and swap brands for me if they get Teva. I think I feel best on Mercury Pharma but I usually get Morningside which I find OK. Last week I rejected some Teva and today it has been replaced with SigmaPharma which I have not come across before. Has anyone got experience of SigmaPharm T3 they could share with me?

This is looking like you are changing brands fairly often. Did you know your GP can write in the first line of the precription the brand that you prefer and then the pharmacy have to dispense that brand?
Just a note. SigmaPharm has been occasionally supplied over the years from the USA.
The SigmaPharm product now available has a UK licence and comes from Ireland. (Not sure where it is physically manufactured.) It has the same listed ingredients but different markings on the tablets.
Hi, I take SigmaPharm liothyronine, 40 mcg/day. The pharmacy was giving me what ever they wanted so I asked the prescriber to use SigmaPharm only. They taste good. I chew them and then take a drink of water.
The other reason I request Sigma only was because the chalky tasting large pill size liothyronine I got was from India and had some complaints with the regulatory agencies about its quality.
SigmaPharm is made in Bensalem Pennsylvania, USA. Not that US drug manufacturing is any better. I can't say that after the Moderna and Pfizer experiences of late.
I'm in the US and have a bottle of the Sigma. It's effective for me with no negative side effects.
I take 15mcgm T3 that is Sigma Pharma and have been happy with it. I am aware that originally it came from US . Assume it is now sourced in UK. My scrips specify SP and also Actavis for my 100mcgm levothyroxine. I cannot tolerate acacia powder filler in Teva tablets but am OK with mannitol which can be a problem for some.
