It’s been a while since I’ve posted here, but would like the wisdom of this forum to cast an eye over my latest results and interpret them for me. Thank you 😊

Latest blood test results opinions
It will help people to respond if you add what meds you are taking at the moment. I belive you have been hyperthyroid?
TSH on high side & FT4 & FT3 on low side. I'd be looking to half 5mg or take every other day. Doctor will say "in range" so ok to stay on 5mg
How do you feel? If well stay as you are for now.
What Antibodies were tested? You also mentioned uptake scan. Was for conclusion report on that scan?
Hey there again :
Do you have confirmation of which antibodies are over range and positive -
Having just looked back I thought I read your results were only marginally ' over the range ' when in hospital and that you were to be tested for both Hashimoto's and Graves because of family history.
Do we know yet if this was just a ' blip ' and there is no antibody interaction and a thyroid scan been run and not shown up any untoward signs and symptoms of nodules etc.
These results are in the range, but as mentioned previously you are heading towards hypo-land and a slowed metabolism.
Your B12, folate, and vitamin D could all do with supplementing and I can't see a ferritin level.
I now aim for a ferritin of around 100: folate around 20 : serum B12 around 500 ++ and vitamin D around 100:
How are you feeling ?
Thank you for replying. All antibodies were tested and all are negative - have been tested again for those and still negative. I take Vit D and have recently started B12 supplements since these tests. I am feeling more tired these days. They have no idea why it was overactive. May be a blip?
OK then - the tiredness is likely due to a slowed metabolism from the AT drug :
I'd be inclined to chop your 5 mcg AT drug into 2 and take just 2.5 mcg daily with a view to phasing it out and hopefully your ' normal ' thyroid function will recover and your metabolism get back on track naturally and life will go on as normal.
There have been instances of hyper type symptoms after taking the vaccine in some people - just a thought ?
Thank you. I did say to the hospital that I thought the vaccine may have triggered it, but they said the effects would have been immediate after jags, not months later. I know the jags made me ache and hot flushes worse.
