I have forgotten to take 5pm tea time dose of t3. Is it OK to take later in the evening?

It's not that much later now. If it were me, I would.

The worst that might happen is that it might make it more difficult than usual to get to sleep tonight.

The best that might happen is that you might get a fabulous night's sleep and you'll want to take it later in future.

I took my dose on an empty stomach, 2hours late at 7pm. Had a good sleep. I must admit taking 3 doses a day takes planning ahead, but so worth it🌸🌸🌸🌸

Hi, I think that's a good idea, do you take it exact same time every day?

Not what you're looking for?
