That is odd isn't it.
Lactolase is what you can take if you are lactose intolerant and might run into some dairy...
I googled lactulose - thats a laxative 🙈
I don't think you want either, surely you need Levo that INCLUDES lactose then? So not Teva and not Aristo. Something like Accord etc. 🌱

I think that they probably intended it to mean "NOT lactose-free".
But even that is possibly not helpful as it would exclude Aristo (which doesn't contain mannitol like Teva, but nor does it contain lactose).
