Just re-reading the Endo's letter... hidden in plain sight... does this not count as a clinical diagnosis?

Maybe Dr xxxxx needs to go to Specsavers!
And you can always tell Dr xxxxxx that the NHS has information about Lactose Intolerance and details tests here:
nhs.uk/conditions/lactose-i...
But if I'm diagnosed, as to my untrained eye would seem I have been by the Endo and it is in writing... end of story?
They rarely seem keen to prove a patient is right π
It should be end of story, point out what endo's letter shows, let us know what Dr xxxx says, if he doesn't agree ask how he can dispute endo's diagnosis.
Message already sent π game on... in a game of Top Trumps surely an Endo pulls rank over a GP π.... what's the betting I lose access to my full records!

As a follow up to this comment added to my records...
If you hadnβt seen that in writing you would find it hard to believe.. I wonder if part of the problem is that due to lack of GP appointments the government appears to be handing more and more powers to pharmacists so some of them are getting βabove themselvesβ.
Have you spoken to your endos secretary about it because Iβd say the endo definitely trumps the GP and definitely the practice pharmacist.
So far I am getting them to conform to my wishes, I've sent a message (love the direct message option as it goes on your record as does their reply) pointing out the 'mistake'... I'll let you know the outcome π€π
Pharmacist is just an accountant at our surgery! Couldn't give two hoots that I can't tolerate lactose.... she pulled her neck in when I pointed out these are the cheapest option available π€
I think the word 'diagnosis' in the endo's letter is the top trump without a doubt.. No-one can better that, Eyesore. The gp's surgery know hee-haw
π π€£ It isn't on my letter.... it's so lucky for them I have access to their version and can point it out π€
Hee haws indeed the lot of em ππ
Left hand does not know what right hand is doing!

No comment from the Surgery but I noticed a correction ππ
Officially diagnosed β Lactose intolerance and official PITA π€£
Oh yes! Gosh you are fortunate, Eeyore, the surgery have used 2 very expensive tests to diagnose that. Those tests Hindsight and Common Sense are not readily available in surgeries these days and you got them on the NHS too.
π€perhaps this new team also has listening skills π.... I'm thinking I need to ask the origin of a Lalatoot now I've been enlightened about a tattybogle
