Can T3 affect eye pressure?

Before Xmas I went to the opticians for a routine eye test and the optician was concerned that my eye pressure was increased compared to my last test and is referring me to get checked at the eye clinic. At this time I suspected my dose of T3 was too much as I was having a few hyper symptoms like occasional muscle weakness and my anxiety was much increased. After the test I lowered my dose of T3 and feel so much better. There is no history of glaucoma in my family and I have never had any eye issues before this.

So, my question is could the increased eye pressure be caused by having too high a dose of T3 ?

I recently had to lower my T3 dose . I felt thigh muscle weakness and pain. I was not on a high dose T3 . In my case if my nutrients are working well and have enough it seems that my T4 converts better into T3 giving me enough of T3 my body needs. We are all so very different when it comes to thyroid meds. Some need T3 only to feel their optimal some only feel best with T4 some feel best with NDT and some with combination of T4 and T3 or NDT with either T4 or T3 added to the mix. I learned with my thyroid journey and it took me a while to learn that we must tune into our bodies and listen what feels good and what does not. Your body will communicate it .
