That is low but pulse looks ‘normal’. Although my knowledge does not run to what a ‘cortisol dip’ actually entails!

There are many things that affect blood pressure. Yours looks a little on the low side.

On levo only my BP climbed higher. It's now dropping with added T3.

Mine has dropped a little since T3 added, always has been low, until a nurse cuffs me 🫤

After a fall on the ice, the hospital tested my BP. 220/180. Thats fine, she said!

Its the gap between the systolic and the diasolic that is important as it shows how the blood is flowing through the heart. Your systolic is a wee bit low, but as long as you dont keel over when you stand up, I would not worry.

Maybe you need to keep a hold of the chart below in case you meet that nurse again. . I often wonder how / why levels that look a bit alarming to a patient can be dismissed as normal by some medical staff. On the other hand I’ve had my weight measured with all of my clothes on and my height measured while still wearing my shoes. Not ti mention my BP taken while the person taking it talks non stop and expects answers from me - you’re meant to sit quietly and not speak 🤔
