I strongly agree that T3 should- at -the -very least - if patient is still symptomatic on T4 be given a trial of T3.
My health has been restored and symptoms resolved on T3 alone.
This was so interesting, it did take a while for the whole write up to sink in. After another 60 plus years you would expect the medical profession to have got it right, but no. Thank you.

I've started on it! - but then got side-tracked on a really a gash paper talking about subclinical hypothyroidism - the paper falls into accepting the premise that Hypothyroidism can be identified and managed by TSH alone. They do mention using TPO anitbodies to confirm Hashis though - whoop-de-do😂 Thereafter all their conclusions have to be considered flawed. Of course a lot of the findings are inconclusive because the founding premise is WRONG. 😱
It will be nice to return to some sanity and finish reading Tania's work.🤗
