Hi
Does anyone take a vitamin D/K2 supplement that’s suitable for daily use?
I take one but I can only take it two/three times a week because it’s too high a dose for daily.
Thanks.

Which supplement exactly are you taking.
What are the doses of D3 and K2.
What dose of D3 do you need.
What is your current Vit D level?
Hi
I’m taking Seeking Health D3 + K2 which gives 125 mcg (5000 IU) of vit D and 100 mcg K2
My most recent bloods were 116
I want to take enough to keep my levels up. I have osteopenia and I don’t absorb calcium very well (for reasons as yet unknown) so I have to take calcium, magnesium, and Vitamin D. But I’d rather take the latter daily to ensure I’m getting it regularly.

OK, so let's say you're taking 5,000iu three times a week, so 15,000iu a week and that's achieving a level of 116.
If you're happy with that level and want to keep it around there, then you're looking at around a daily dose of 2,142.
Is there a reason you'd rather take it daily than 2 or 3 times a week? The cheapest way is to take a higher dose alternate days (eg 5,000 alternate days rather than 2,500 every day) and there's no problem with that.
