Good Evening Everyone...I would like to know if anyone else gets side effects of headaches when they get an increase of levothyroxine/Synthroid. My doctor increased my Synthroid from 175 mcg to 200 mcg because of my T3 level. He initially prescribed Liothyronine along with Synthroid but it gave me headaches and brought my blood pressure up.

Have you had key vitamin levels checked lately? Less than optimal levels of ferritin, folate, B12 and D3 can mean thyroid hormone isn;t used properly as well as giving symptoms in their own right. As hypo people we suffer from low stomach acid which means we don't absorb vitamins well.
