So I think after about 4 months on increased Lebo medication my hair loss has slowed down again. Maybe too early to say for sure. It's been a week and hair is less tangled less coming out,but there is still no real growth at all. A few people said to me that their growth didn't start until they started armour medication and levo didn't help at all
Why do doctors not prescribe armour and why does it seem to have a greater impact on hair growth than levo? Or is that just a myth?

Did you ever get the private blood test to show your FT3? That is really important for everyone to do especially with remaining symptoms.
What were you latest vitamin results - ferritin, folate, B12 and D3?
After 4 months of a dose increase your GP should be retesting you anyway.
Doctors don't trust Armour or any NDT, its hard enough getting T3 out of them. It helps some as it does contain T3 along with other T hormones not in Levo alone.
Did you happen to read this recently shared article on the connection between Ferritin and many thyroid symptoms? I found it very helpful in making sense with how huge the impact is between malabsorption issues and our substantial risk to being iron deficient. Wether hair loss, heart palpitations, sleep issues, conversion issues, brain fog etc. even having “within range” results (not optimal as we need to have) low Ferritin can result in us feeling unwell tho we may have our Thyroid levels within range! I’ve shared it again below. But for further reading just search Ferritin within the Healthunlocked search engine for more info.
