Hope everyone had a good Xmas and new year, and all is well!

Got these done on the 22nd 11th 2022

Would really appreciated any advice

I’m T4 is 56% through range and T3 74.05% through the range

Really happy with my T3 level now, but, would I benefit from more levothyroxine,as my T4 might still be low?

Currently taking 100mcg levo and 12.5mcg Tiromel

Still don’t feel to good, insomnia and fatigue is chronic.Could this be because my cortisol levels still being high?

Thank you 🙏

your B12 is too low

Vitamin D better nearer 100nmol

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking

pity folate and ferritin tests failed

Are they redoing?

Was test done early morning and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Was 12.5mcg T3 split as 2 x 1/4 tablet with last 1/4 approx 8-12 hours before test

Suggest you work on improving low vitamin levels and increase levothyroxine by 12.5mcg per day

Only you can say. When on combination thyroid hormone replacement it's very individual where we need each hormone level to feel well. What's right for me may not be right for you or anyone else. So all we can do is experiment, gradually tweak doses if we feel it's necessary, keep a note of how we feel on each dose, whether any improvement or not, then you will be able to find your own sweet spot.

Don't forget that increasing your dose of Levo will increase your FT4 level but, depending on how much natural conversion you have then it can increase your FT3 level as well.
