Looks like your doctor has requested tumour markers to be tested likely as a precaution.   There are many potential chemical markers & It doesn’t specify exactly which markers it includes.  Even if positive it doesn’t confirm cancer but often raises the concern that cancer could be present and would results in further tests. What symptoms prompted arranging these tests? Do you have an existing thyroid issue?

I keep vomitting ,and have right upper quadrant pain,loss of weight,breathlessness, backache, I had gallbladder removal 2 yrs ago, n bile duct blockage,n having same symptoms again, I'm constantly poorly , I had quite a lot of stuff in my bloods outside the reference range Total white blood count 11.6 10*9/L [4.0 - 11.0]; Outside reference range

Urea and electrolytes

Serum sodium level 140 mmol/L [133.0 - 146.0]

Serum potassium level 4.5 mmol/L [3.5 - 5.3]

Serum urea level 9.9 mmol/L [2.5 - 7.8]; Outside reference range I have to go bk for some further bloods done on 5th x

So sorry for the extreme difficulty you are experiencing. I'm no medical professional, but there definitely is something going on in the immune response -- all those elevated counts in the blood panel. But they're not alarming, and they're fairly evenly elevated. Commonly, a disorder of the bone marrow, where blood cells are born, would show some kinds of cells in steeply reduced numbers, and others is numbers 5 to 15 times the reference range, and not just a smidge above.

The most likely cause of your problems is associated with your now-missing gallbladder:

"Post-cholecystectomy syndrome (PCS) is the term used to describe the persistence of biliary colic or right upper quadrant abdominal pain with a variety of gastrointestinal symptoms, which are similar to the features experienced by an individual before cholecystectomy."

Sadly, treating bile duct problems by removing the gallbladder does not always produce a cure. This is rarely disclosed ahead of the procedure, making an informed choice impossible.

Please don’t worry and wait to speak to your GP. They were correct in getting tumour markers tested given your symptoms inc weight loss but there is every chance you are just (not minimising how unpleasant that is btw!) having an attack of pancreatitis given those results, and you may be a bit dehydrated from vomiting (raised urea). Hope you get appropriate treatment if needed and that you feel better v soon.
