If you have an iPhone, and you have got IOS 16 installed, current latest is 16.2, there is a medication alert feature.
In my view, it feels a bit of a work in progress. Some features are only available in the USA. (Scanning your medicines to add them to the app. Doing predictive text on medicine names.)
And the one that gets me, the alerts appear on screen, and can cause a minor vibration alert, but that's it! No full sound alert - which is what I would choose.
Having said that, it does have reasonable features even now. And I have been using mine since it first became available.
To be clear, there are quite a few other medication alert apps. I'm not trying to push the Apple built-in feature. But if you have a suitable device, you might care to try it.
Interesting observation: The sample screen shown by Apple shows Levothyroxine and Omega -3 as examples. And antihistamine Cetirazine.
