I slept really badly last night and this morning couldn't remember, for the first time ever, if I'd taken my tablets or not and am not sure what to do?
I take 25mcg T3 and 75mcg T4, normally around 8am. I haven't taken any up to now but obviously must at some point.
Can anyone advise me please?

When this has happened to me i usually decide to split the difference .... ie take half the usual dose ...... that way whichever direction of 'wrong ' i end up in ...i'm only going to be half wrong.
it doesn't happen to me anymore , since i developed my anti-cock-up system of always starting a new foil strip of Levo on a Monday , (or writing the day on the box)....... that way if i'm unsure if i took it or not , i can simply count the holes in the strip to see if that days tablet has gone . (obviously i could get a pill box ... but i'm still too vain to have one of them in the house )
Just as well I'm not vain. Anyone coming to my house would think we were a pair of invalids - there are vitamin pill dispensers all over the place! This has prompted me to buy yet another one though as my Thyroid meds one is missing the lid over the Sunday compartment as my puppy nicked it off my bedside cabinet and chewed it about three years ago (no meds in thank God).
I put my pills in the evening in a teaspoon on a paper handkerchief on top of the small table next to my bed. When they are gone in the morning, I obviously took them ( the alarm clock goes off-not loudly-at 3 am)
