Smooth muscle antibody test positive?

Hi there,

I have Hashimoto’s and been struggling since June with hyper symptoms, with drops of medication slowly starting to feel better, aside from that my doctor called me today and said he did an Sma test and said it was positive, he said it can happen people with other auto immune illnesses. Apparently its auto immune hepatitis and can attack the liver. The doctor said all my liver function tests are normal and he will keep an eye on it. Does anyone have any advise on this please?
