I forgot and took my medication(75 ml zoloft) prior to my t3, t4 test. Could this alter my t3, t4 levels?

I took the test in the morning, didn’t eat but accidentally took my other medication realizing it after I took the test.

That shouldn’t be a problem

It’s just that shouldn’t take thyroid hormones before blood test as it will affect Ft4 and Ft3 results
