Source for T3 please

Could someone please send me a PM as to where the best and hopefully cheapest place is to get plain T3. I only need around 12.5 mcg daily.

Hi Snoopydog,

As this is your first post could you tell us a little about your thyroid condition, current symptoms and medication. Have you any thyroid blood tests to share?

Do you have a prescription for T3 or are looking to buy without? if it is without prescription, information will be via private message only.

I don't have an up to date blood test but will be doing one shortly. I will have to buy the T3 privately but I have been on thyroid medication, for 20 years. I have taken NDT of between 1 grain and 2 grains over the years but still have many symptoms. Recently when I added a small amount of T3 I did feel better but the T3 I have is out of date, hence me wanting to buy some more.

Forum recommendations are to test

TSH

FT3

FT4

Plus key thyroid vitamins (ferritin, folate, B12 and vitamin D) before commencing any new medication/ adjusting dosage.

Don't worry about using out of date T3, I have just finished using some with an expiry date of January 2019 and I've been using those for a couple of years. There was no loss of potency with them.

I have been an informed patient for nearly 20 years so do know all the guidelines but I just would like a PM on where I can purchase the T3 for myself please.
