T3 Source

I have today ordered a small supply of T3 from a source (edited by Admin). This is the first time of ordering from this company. The cost of the order was £22 plus postage £8 and then my bank (after I had confirmed the bank transfer) added a charge of £25!

My old supplier in Cyprus used a UK bank so paying for it was easy. If anyone knows of a more economical way of ordering T3 from a reliable source I would be really grateful - by private message please of course.

I believe your Bank's transfer charge is for the first payment alone. That's what our Banks Charge.

Thereafter, I believe, that you can then use a Visa Card. They cannot accept Mastercard's as their machine only connects to Visa. As far as I am aware - in future - you only pay for the tablets and the postage.

Ahh. That would be good. Thank you

It's awful paying £25 to your bank who hold your money and probably pay us no interest upon it.

Yes you're right but hopefully its a one off.

I had already been warned that I would need to pay the £25 bank transfer as no other method was acceptable to pay into the Bulgarian bank...so ordered a year’s worth of T3 to spread across it all; the cost of the pills was half that of the Cyprus buyer so still worked out cheaper!

I would have ordered more if I'd realised. A lesson learned.

I think you're always wise to have a trial of new T3s, you never know if it will suit you or not but hopefully it will do the trick, i.e. relieve your symptoms.

My bank charges only £4 for paying by BACS in a foreign currency.

My husband has just done a transfer (of a much larger sum) to Australia and it cost him £4 so not sure why I was charged £25. Oh well I won't do it again.

The difference between a BACS and Transfer is that the first takes three or four days and a Transfer is more or less immediate:-

Bacs and Faster Payments are both means to send payments from one bank account to another, also known as bank transfer. Bacs is cheaper than Faster Payments, but takes three days longer to send. We put together a guide to highlight the differences of both bank payment types.

I have edited your post as posting guidelines don't allow sources of supply to be named on the open forum

"25. Do not post advertisements, links or information of any sort whatsoever, on where or how to obtain UK prescription only medications without prescription. This includes online pharmacies who issue 'prescriptions' on the basis of the completion of a simple health questionnaire."

Ok thank you. I didn’t think that I put the name of the company in my post - only the country. Sorry.

You have done it again, you have named the supplier. Please adhere to Guideline #25 and not name suppliers on the open forum.

Hi. I had the same problem with my bank. 😱. But if you open a simple account with HSBC their charge for foreign transactions is only £4. So I opened a new account with them. 👍

Thanks Banjogirl. Just after I did my transaction through Santander my husband did a transfer to Australia from his HSBC account and it cost him £4. Think I’ll do it through HSBC in future.

Have you thought about getting currency card for future purchases? I’ll inbox you the one I use as it has great relates. Better than the post office money card. I e got about 12 different currencies on there. And I check exchange rates regularly to compare.
