I last posted month ago with my medichecks results since then I have had a small increase in thyroxine from 100mcg daily to 100 mcg 5 days and 125 mcg 2days. This has been for the last 4 weeks. However the last 3 days I feel I have been having symptoms of low blood sugar ? I have been extremely tired after waking sweating a lot and a feeling of being far away and my Tinnitus is being louder.
This happens a few times during the day I have not changed anything in diet or supplements the only difference is the small increase in thyroxine .I feel dreadful as it lasts a few hours making me unable to function
I would appreciate any thoughts.

ZOE on Youtube, Dr. Tim Spector has a video about insulin spikes and the effect on blood glucose. It's about dietary choices. Foods with a high glycemic index will result in insulin spikes and blood glucose crashes. You may need to change how and what you eat.
Having protein and fibre in each meal especially breakfast helps. All these tips are invaluable and anybody I have told them about has said they have made a huge difference to their energy levels:
You can make a difference without even changing what you eat. Change the order in which you eat your food. Have a savoury breakfast. Eating dessert as part of a meal rather than on an empty stomach. Jessica’s (aka Glucose Goddess) tips are all based on science.
Whilst I go along with all that has been said. I think these instructions for dosage are weird. I see them often on here and other forums. In my opinion its possible 2 days together at the higher dose can give temporary symptoms of over dosage. In some circumstances it’s too big a jump. The body can be confused. Get the pill cutter out and add your increase more evenly throughout the week in my opinion. Remember low blood sugar symptoms can be more caused by thyroid, rather than actual directly related blood sugar. Upset to the balance of your meds can cause it.
Thanks for this that is actually what I have done today used the pill cutter to cut the doses in half . It is something to try as we all react in a different way to an increase
