Anyone got experience of Dr. Karen Adamson?

I would like to know what experience anyone has of Dr. Karen Adamson. I am reaching the end of my tether. A very recent increase in dosage has brought yet more new symptoms and made others worse. I can hardly hear myself think (already very difficult process) because of the pounding in my ears etc. etc. etc.
