Stomach issues and covid

hi, i have covid and my tummy feels awful, im currently on t3/t4 therapy, but insure of how or what to take to relieve tummy issues as I already have low stomach acid. Any advice would be greatly appreciated 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

thanks for your reply, I'm starting to feel a bit 'normal' today, what a tricky 5 days that was..... Very much like flu, (had flu twice in my 57yrs) hope i get my appetite back🌸🌸🌸🌸

I'm sure you will get your appetite back and you will also feel much better.

I am not medically qualified but believe once the Covid has run its course in your body that you will begin to gradualy get it backt to normal.
