Stomach issues

Bit off topic. I have Hashimotos and Fibromyalgia. About a month ago I started having trouble with my digestion. Not pain but burping a lot and heartburn. I thought it was probably H Pylori so took some Mastic gum ,Manuka Honey and other recommended supplements. When it stayed the same had a stool test for HPylori. It came back normal.

Has anyone else had similar experiences. And what cured it please

When were thyroid levels last tested

Do you always get same brand of levothyroxine?

How much levothyroxine are you currently taking?

As you have Hashimoto’s are you on strictly gluten free diet

When were vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 last tested

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking

Do you remember ...when taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results

Obviously important to test TSH, Ft4 and Ft3 and regularly retest vitamin levels
