Over the past year or so I’ve noticed when I wake up I’m feeling pretty good and normal, until I take my medications - then I start to get slight headache and low blood sugar. It’s noticeable that I won’t feel as good as before the meds - this can happen with less or more in my regime (changes over the last year )
Day times I defo need the medication to feel good again I just would love to know why it would make me feel worse in mornings
i take meds with water no food 7am and wait an hour for food.
Anyone else get this ?

hi yes your right I do need the test to check ! I’m onto it today. However what confuses me is that during the day and night if I get severe hypo the dose helps me ! Yet mornings it’s off …. Very tricky one … I will wait for test thanks 🙏🏽
you definitely need tests done, but that said, I wonder if a rearrangement would help? Are you still taking Levo in mornings - it might help if you move it to bedtime? Then you may need to redistribute t3 too.
actually you have a point here !! Bedtime dosing might work better for me now I’m only on a small amount and take more of my T3 ! I tried T4 night dosing once and it didn’t work too well but I wasn’t on as regular T3 as I am now ! Thank you a great tool I could look at
