I wouldn't recommend anything until the more useful tests are done:
Free T4
Free T3
You have a Total T4 test there and this measures the total amount of T4 - both bound to proteins and unbound (free). It's the unbound/free T4 that is more useful. You have a high amount of Total T4 but this doesn't mean that you have a good amount of Free T4.
Also, T4 is a pro-hormone which needs to convert to T3 which is the active hormone that every cell needs. Testing Free T3 tells us how much T3 is available for the cells to use. So we need to test Free T3 at the same time as Free T4 to see how well we convert and whether we have a good level of Free T3.
So before you do anything about changing your dose, I would arrange to test TSH, Free T4 and Free T3 all at the same time.
Never reduce dose on TSH result alone, always check the Free T3 as this is the test that tells you if you are overmedicated. Over range Free T3 = overmedication. TSH is not a thyroid hormone so can't tell us our thyroid status, it's a pituitary hormone. It's the FT4 and FT3 that tell us our thyroid status as these are the thyroid hormones.

Also test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 levels
Plus thyroid antibodies, if not been tested already
