I would have thought that the first step would be to get your Vit D tested. Just taking random supplements is unlikely to help.
Taking calcium supplements is not a good idea - in any case, you would need that tested first to make sure you actually needed it. Calcium supplements are very badly absorbed. It's much better to get your calcium from food.
Calcium is in no way a treatment or cure for osteoporosis - which I imagine you're talking about. Vit D and magnesium are far more important than calcium. And, too much calcium makes bones brittle.
If you are low in vit D, your calcium will likely be low too, but take vit D and magnesium will increase your absorption of calcium from food.
And, while you're at it, get vit B12, folate and ferritin tested. These are the main nutrients and they need to be optimal for all sorts of reasons, including good bones.
