Good evening 🤩 after increasing my Levothyroxine from 75mcg to 100mcg every other day I started to feel better! Less tired etc… it was suggested I don’t take my B vits until a few weeks after when a bit more settled.. but unfortunately I got Covid and I’m still having effects over 4 weeks later and feeling awful! Would it be a good idea to start my Vit Bs now? I am a vegetarian too. Many thanks

I can't see why you should wait to start your B Vits. So, go ahead and take them.
The problem with B vitamins is that one of them - Biotin, sometimes referred to as Vitamin B7 - can distort the results of many common blood tests if the testing machine uses biotin in its testing method. Everyone needs biotin so giving it up entirely for weeks is not recommended. But if you have a blood test coming up (for anything at all) it is a good idea to stop taking any supplements that contain biotin for a few days before the blood sample is taken. If the dose is fairly low then stopping for 2 - 3 days would be sufficient. If you take a product which contains high doses of biotin then stopping for a week may be required. But as soon as the blood sample has been taken you can start the biotin-containing product again.
Personally, I always stop taking B Complex (the only thing I take containing biotin) for a week before a blood test, whatever the test I'm about to have, and whatever the dose. But I start taking it again straight after the sample of blood has been taken.
