Since you have been able to post something on the forum you must have joined. Non-members can't post on this forum.

There are many forums (referred to as "communities" by HealthUnlocked) on this site, and you can join as many of them as you want. Once you join a community you have full access to any posts on that forum and can write your own posts and replies.
