Hypothyroidism and T3

Hello Everyone. I am having an issue that I hope you good people will help me resolve.In 2019, I was on Armour(2 grain)and eventually increased up to 25 mcg Liothyronine (T3). I eventually decreased to 1grain Armour and 25 T3. This was prescribed by my integrative Doctor. With the onset of Covid and the temporary shut down of doctors practice, I went back to my Primary doctor who put me back on Synthroid. I was good for awhile,but then started to get symptoms( dizziness,muscle weakness,migraine like headaches and constipation) I'm seeing an endocrinologist who is very receptive to allow me to try alternative treatments. I was prescribed Liothyronine to add to my Synthroid. My problem is that although I had no problem taking T3 before, now it causes me severe headaches...even a half of a 5 mg.I am so disappointed as I really need to increase my Free T3. What do you all think could be causing this

Have you been able to resolve the iron issues you have mentioned in earlier posts ? Low iron can be the cause of headaches as well as low B12 - Folatre and VitD. All need to be optimal for thyroid hormones to work well. Good iron levels help with the conversion of T4 into T3.

Hello Marz...I will be seeing the hematologist next week for my iron. I will update after appointment. I take vitamin D3, B- complex which has folate and I receive B12 injections biweekly.
