You can't cure Hashi's, this is where the immune system attacks and gradually destroys the thyroid, you can't live without thyroid hormone so it needs to be replaced.
Antibodies fluctuate so even though yours are lower now that last year it's likely that they may increase, decrease and continue to fluctuate.
i have low vit d so hoping that will help me.
How do you think low Vit D can help you? Hashi's can cause gut/absorption problems and cause low nutrient levels or deficiencies. We need optimal nutrient levels for thyroid hormone to work properly, low Vit D can't possibly help.
Hi there are studies where vit d3 lowers tpo here pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/271...
Can you try again with the link please.
How low is your Vit D?
mine was deficient at 20 , link is working
Link wasn't there when you originally posted. There are gremlins in the works and some links are coming up as "original text" which yours did then, I can see you've edited it now and there is now a proper link.
I've had a look and it says
Vitamin D supplementation reduces thyroid peroxidase antibody levels in patients with autoimmune thyroid disease
Your opening post says
i have low vit d so hoping that will help me
which gives the impression that low Vit D will help, which is why I asked the question why do you think low Vit D will help. I think you missed out that you were going to supplement to raise your low Vit D level.

Shows you are under medicated on 100mcg
Have you now had dose increase in levothyroxine to 125mcg
Ideally always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription
How low is vitamin D
Aiming for vitamin D at least around 80nmol
Have you also tested folate, ferritin and B12
Frequently necessary to supplement vitamin D continuously to maintain optimal vitamin levels
Have you had coeliac blood test done
yes i am supplementing with vit d now it was at 20 , others are fine expect folate which at low normal but taking folic acid too. coeliac test was fine. Yes also on 125 mcg of t4
So as your profile says you’re in U.K. vitamin D was 20nmol?
GP should have prescribed 300,000iu vitamin D in total over 6-8 weeks.
Vitamin D level needs rechecking at end of prescription
You will need ongoing maintenance dose vitamin D every day
Trial and error what dose that is …Might be 2000iu per day ….or higher. Frequently need higher dose in winter than summer
What was B12 result
To improve low folate
supplementing a good quality daily vitamin B complex, one with folate in (not folic acid) This can help keep all B vitamins in balance and will help improve B12 levels too
Difference between folate and folic acid

Many Hashimoto’s patients have MTHFR gene variation and can have trouble processing folic acid.

B vitamins best taken after breakfast
Thorne Basic B recommended vitamin B complex that contains folate, but they are large capsules. (You can tip powder out if can’t swallow capsule)
IMPORTANT......If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before ALL BLOOD TESTS , as biotin can falsely affect test results

endocrinenews.endocrine.org...
In week before blood test, when you stop vitamin B complex, you might want to consider taking a separate methyl folate supplement and continue separate B12 if B12 is under 500
Low B12 symptoms
b12deficiency.info/signs-an...
If serum B12 result below 500, (Or active B12 below 70) recommended to be taking a B12 supplement as well as a B Complex (to balance all the B vitamins) initially for first 2-4 months.
once your serum B12 is over 500 (or Active B12 level has reached 70), stop the B12 and just carry on with the B Complex.

How other member saw how effective improving low B vitamins has been
Even if you managed to get rid of the antibodies completely - not much likelihood of that! - you would still have Hashi's, because the antibodies are not the disease, they are the result of the disease.
As you know, Hashi's is where the immune system slowly destroys the thyroid. If your thyroid is so badly damaged that you are under-medicated on 100 mcg levo, it will never be able to recover enough to make enough hormone to keep you well. Thyroids do not regenerate, even if you manage to reverse the Hashi's. The damage to the thyroid would not reverse so you would always need some sort of thyroid hormone replacement to stay alive.
