I vaguely aware of the many cook books out there which market themselves as being thyroid-friendly.
And I’m interested to know, from those of you who have already done the primary research and hard graft of reading and cooking from any of these books,
a) what health claims these books subscribe to, over and above what those of us familiar with these pages know.
And
b) which ones are really good.
Curious to learn whatever the principal health / dietary advice your preferred thyroid-related cookbook tells you is, and to learn if anyone here has found one / more cook books that have improved their health.
My question is not about the more general thyroid books that make health claims for diet / food groups. It’s really just about thyroid-related cookbooks, and about which of these cook books (if any) contains both good health advice and as well as recipes you want to cook time and again.
Thanks in advance for any guidance.
